Introduction
Musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSUS) is currently widely used in our Malaysian Rheumatology practice. Numerous steps have been taken over the past years to consolidate and further improve our MSUS training methodology. Currently, there are 14 MSR-TUI members (including one Abviee representative) of whom majority have been routinely performing MSUS and actively involved in teaching. MSR-TUI recognises that these sonologists have been showing professional skills and outstanding knowledge in relation to MSUS in Rheumatology.
Objectives
To recognize the skills and knowledge of our sonologists in Rheumatology MSUS.
Criteria for Recognition
4. has achieved external recognition on MSUS in Rheumatology eg EULAR Level 1 or Level 2, RhMSUS or their equivalents
